Return Policy

Returns will be accepted in the case of defects only, within 30 days of versamitts delivery in the original versamitts box. After the return is inspected, if approved, the card used when purchasing will be credited within 10 days of approval. REFUNDS will only be granted when product is not availiable for exchange .

Versamitts will email you when shipment is received and when a approval decision is made.

Return shipments must be paid by the customer .

In the case of defects, versamitts will pay for shipping replacements and reimburse the customer for return shipping upon approval within 10 days
